When will my order arrive (international)?

SHIPPING TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
Educational Innovations ships most international orders placed before 10:30 AM Central Time within one business day of receiving them. Express shipping services are available. International delivery times are not guaranteed. When you place your order, you will be presented with several options, each with an estimated shipping charge. (Please note: while we do our best to ensure the accuracy of our shipping calculators, it can be very difficult to determine exact shipping rates until the order is packed. You will be contacted if higher shipping rates apply.)

Our available international shipping methods are:
First-Class Mail International - Approximately 10-30 business days (very limited tracking)
Express Mail International - Approximately 5-10 business days
UPS Worldwide Expedited - Approximately 4-6 business days
UPS Express Saver - Approximately 3-5 business days

Note: Not all methods are available to all countries. All shipping estimates are stated in "business days." Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. We can offer only approximate shipping times as there may be unavoidable delays such as weather or customs clearance. International delivery times are not guaranteed.

Please note: Due to continuing difficulties with reliable and verifiable delivery, Educational Innovations no longer offers shipping by Priority Mail International (Air Mail).

While Educational Innovations, Inc. does everything possible to ensure your package moves smoothly through customs, international orders may be subject to taxes, duties or other charges levied by the country where the package is being received. Any such charges are outside of our control or ability to predict. Any taxes or duties, if imposed, are the responsibility of the customer and may be due at the time of delivery. Be sure to check your country's import restrictions to ensure the items you are purchasing can be imported. Contact your local Customs Office for more information. Shipping charges are not refundable for non-delivery due to factors outside of our control. This includes your country's import restrictions or other regulations; unwillingness on the part of the customer to pay duties or fees; and errors in address provided by the customer.

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with an EI product, simply return it to us within 30 days for a prompt refund or exchange. It's as easy as that!

Sorry, recorded media, such as CDs, DVDs, and computer software cannot be returned.

All returned items must be in original condition with the original packaging, and all accessories, instructions, etc. For fastest service, be sure to include a copy of your Invoice or Packing List.

Does Educational Innovations, Inc. accept orders from outside the United States?

Educational Innovations, Inc. is happy to accept orders from educators around the globe. At last count, we have supplied materials to students, teachers, scientists and tinkerers in more than 70 different countries. Our international customers can even get instant shipping quotes when ordering on-line. You can see how much shipping will cost and even choose from several different carriers. For a quick shipping estimate, add the items you would like to your shopping cart, then click "Estimate Shipping Charge" below your merchandise total. Orders shipping outside the United States must be prepaid. (Please note: while we do our best to ensure the accuracy of our shipping calculators, it can be very difficult to determine exact shipping rates until the order is packed. You will be contacted if higher shipping rates apply.)

Payment: Educational Innovations, Inc. quotes all prices in U.S. Dollars (USD) and we accept payment only in U.S. Dollars.

International electricity note: All items that require AC Power (plug into the wall) run on standard North American line current of 110 volts 60 Hz and come equipped with a US plug. Adapters/converters are often available at your local Radio/Electronics store. Sorry, but we do not have international power adapters available.

Do you accept purchase orders from outside the United States?

Educational Innovations does NOT accept purchase orders from organizations outside the United States, however, we have many pre-paid options. Contact us regarding your order and we will do our best to work with you.

Do you have a store/distributor in my country? Can I visit your store?

I'm sorry, but we do not have walk-in stores. All of our sales are conducted through mail orders, phone orders and internet sales. Orders are processed and shipped from our headquarters in the United States. We do not have other distribution offices, but are happy to ship around the world.
