When will my order arrive (Domestic / United States addresses)?

SHIPPING TO U.S. ADDRESSES:

Most prepaid orders placed before 10:30 AM Central Time ship the same day we receive them. For Standard Shipping, we use UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or First Class Mail (at our discretion). Approximate transit times are shown on the map below. All shipping estimates are stated in "business days." Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please note that these times may vary and should not be relied upon for shipments that MUST arrive by a certain date. Delivery times are not guaranteed for Standard Shipping. Time of day for delivery for these services may not be guaranteed. If you prefer another shipping method, such as FedEx or DHL, please contact us for details.

Some items cannot be shipped by air or express.

What is your return policy?

You must contact our Customer Service Department at (630) 389-3840 or info@teachersource.com before attempting a return.

As long as the items and the packaging are in new, resell-able condition you may return them within 30 days for a credit for the amount of the merchandise. Please ship them to the address below by a traceable method. Be sure to include your invoice or packing list and a brief note. Once we have received and processed the return, we will refund your credit card for the product cost only. If you had used a promotional discount including free shipping, this will be deducted from the refund.

Sorry, recorded media, such as CDs, DVDs, and computer software cannot be returned.

All returned items must be in original condition with the original packaging, and all accessories, instructions, etc. For fastest service, be sure to include a copy of your Invoice or Packing List.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Educational Innovations is happy to accept official purchase orders from schools and many other educational institutions located within the United States.

Do you accept purchase orders from outside the United States?

Educational Innovations does NOT accept purchase orders from organizations outside the United States, however, we have many pre-paid options. Contact us regarding your order and we will do our best to work with you.

Can I submit a purchase order on the website?

Not exactly. While you cannot directly submit a purchase order online, you may use your website to prepare your purchase order. Simply select the items and quantities and add them to your shopping cart as you would normally. When you are finished, proceed to checkout and enter the shipping and billing information. At the bottom of the billing page, select "Quote for Purchase Order" as the payment method. Click "Submit Order" and you will be assigned an order number. But, don't stop there, you're not done yet! You will need to send a copy of your e-mail confirmation to us, along with your organization's official and signed purchase order. Please include a copy of the printed e-mail confirmation with your official purchase order. Email to po@teachersource.com.

How much are shipping charges (United States and US Territories)?

Within the continental United States:
For prepaid orders (check, credit card, or money order) shipping rates are based on order weight and distance with a minimum of $7.95. Note that certain bulky items may incur significantly higher shipping charges. We will contact you if higher shipping rates apply.

For schools and businesses on account ­ NET 30, standard shipping is based on a number of factors, including weight, volume and distance. You should estimate 10% of the total cost of the order with a minimum of $7.95. Note that certain bulky items may incur significantly higher shipping charges. We will contact you if higher shipping rates apply.

Note: Orders returned to us due to address errors may be charged return shipping and re-shipping fees. This includes orders that originally qualified for discounted shipping. We strongly encourage selection of the "recommended" address format at checkout.

Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories:
For prepaid orders (check, credit card, or money order) to Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories standard shipping is 12% of the total cost of the order with a minimum of $12.00. Note that certain bulky items may incur significantly higher shipping charges. We will contact you if higher shipping rates apply.

How much are international shipping charges?

Canada & other international customers:
Shipping charges are based on weight, volume, and distance. If you prepare your order on our website you will be presented with estimates for several shipping options. Please note: while we do our best to ensure the accuracy of our shipping calculators, it can be very difficult to determine exact shipping rates until the order is packed. You will be contacted if higher shipping rates apply. There is a minimum order value for orders to the EU of $200. Customer must provide VAT account information.

International customers please note: While Educational Innovations, Inc. does everything possible to ensure your package moves smoothly through customs, international orders may be subject to taxes, duties or other charges levied by the country where the package is being received. Any such charges are outside of our control or ability to predict. Any taxes or duties, if imposed, are the responsibility of the customer and may be due at the time of delivery. Please contact your local Customs Office for more information. Shipping charges are not refundable for non-delivery due to factors outside of our control. This includes your country's import restrictions or other regulations; unwillingness on the part of the customer to pay duties or fees; and errors in address provided by the customer.

Am I required to pay sales tax? Can you process tax exempt orders?

Sales tax is getting more common and more complicated for internet sales. Educational Innovations is required to collect sales tax in many states, and the list is growing. Some states require us to collect sales tax even if Educational Innovations, Inc. does not have a permanent location within the state.

If sales tax is required on your order, it will be calculated during the checkout process.

If you qualify for tax exempt status, you will need to have a registered account and be pre-qualified. Click here to begin the prequalification process now. Be sure to e-mail a copy of your tax exempt certificate and include your full contact information. If you don't have a registered account, you can create one now by clicking here. Until your tax exempt documentation is received and verified, your orders will not be tax exempt.

I'm having trouble placing my order. What can I do?

While we work very hard to ensure that you have a smooth experience on our website, with the current variety of computers, operating systems, browsers, internet security software, and firewalls, we still encounter the occasional order problem for a small percentage of customers. If you cannot get your order to go through, please feel free to contact us by phone or e-mail. We will be happy to process your order manually. How do I add items to a Wishlist/Gift Registry?

To use the Wishlist function you need to be logged into your account. If you don't have a registered an account, you can create one now by clicking here.

As you are browsing products on our website, there is an "Add to Wishlist" link below every "Add to Cart" button. Enter the quantity that you would like and click this button.

I've added items to my Wishlist. Now what do I do with them?

Once you have added items to your Wishlist you can change quantities, move them to your cart, or remove them from your Wishlist. You can also share your Wishlist with friends to give them great gift ideas. You can even have more than one Wishlist. All of these functions are done through "My Accounts."

After you click "My Account" at the top right of any page select "Wishlists."

Can I get a printed catalog?

In an effort to be environmentally friendly, Educational Innovations no longer prints a full catalog. Our website is very comprehensive and includes all our products. However, if you can't find what you're looking for, please call us or send us an email at info@teachersource.com.

Can I download a blank order form?

Yes, by popular demand we have made a blank order form available on-line that teachers can print and fill in. To go to the order form click here! This file is in convenient PDF format. If you have trouble opening it, you can download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking here.

Also, you can use our website to generate a completed order form with all the information filled in. Start by simply shopping on our website normally. Then at checkout select "Purchase Order" or "Check" as the payment method. Rather than sending your order electronically, you will be presented with a completed order form ready to print and send in.

Do you have a store in my area? Can I visit your store?

I'm sorry, but we do not have walk-in stores. All of our sales are conducted through mail orders, phone orders and internet sales. Orders are processed and shipped from our headquarters in Illinois. If you did decide to stop by our office what you would see is a working warehouse (not terribly exciting). If you wanted to see our items and try some out, the best place to see us is at one of the many educational conventions where we exhibit. I have a great idea, lesson plan, classroom activity, etc, and I would like to share it. How can I do that?

You can submit it for our "blog," and possibly earn a $50 Prize Certificate! Write your blog post and then send it to us at blog@teachersource.com. You can compose it and send it within the body of your email, or you can send it as a Word document. Any pictures you include should be in .jpeg format. Be sure to include your entire name and your mailing address. Also, please send a head shot of yourself, so we can properly give you credit. If you haven't seen our blog, check it out here. All blog submissions must represent the original work of the sender, and upon publication, become the property of Educational Innovations. They may be used for all purposes, with or without attribution.

I can't find a particular item on your website. What is the best way to find it?

On most of the pages in our website you will see a search box in the upper left hand corner. In that box you can type a keyword, product name, item number (don't forget the "dash" in our item numbers), description, etc. and then click the "search" button. You will get a list of all the Super! Wow! Neat! products that match your search. Just click one of the products on the list and you will be brought right to that page on the website.

Educational Innovations, Inc. collects information such as name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card number only for the purpose of processing an order or communicating with the customer regarding an order. We consider any information we collect to be private, and do not divulge this information to any other party unless expressly needed to process your order.
